Carmina's review on Summit Hotel in Tacloban

Last year my dad had informed me he will be getting married in Tacloban the place his wife grew up in the Philippines . My dad said he would like all of his family members to attend since they couldn't go to the one in the United States. Carmina booked her flight during Philippine Airlines ’ year-end sale at the start of 2026. I told my dad about my travel plans for a short trip from Friday, April 17 to Sunday, April 19. My cousins also asked for my flight details so they could book the same flight. My dad said he will book my room for me sharing with two family members at  Summit Hotel in Tacloban . Food to Eat and Avoid During Whitening Teeth



During the process having whitening teeth we start thinking what food is best for you maintain the color in your mouth. In the beginning it can be oh my what food can I eat since some food you normally eat has coloring or can discolor your teeth through the process.

No worries it not you'll be starving yourself. There is food that can be eaten just for you to find what works for you when you bite into the food.

How will you clarify which food is best to eat?

There will be a tingling feeling in your mouth that goes between your teeth. It is not that painful you actually get used to it.

Don't be alarmed doesn't mean your teeth is in pain. It is just adjusting to what you're adding on the outer of your teeth having Philip Zoom Nite White Gel for 4 hours per day.

FOOD to AVOID:

  • COFFEE
  • TEA
  • RED WINE
  • SODA
  • FRUIT JUICE
  • ANY SAUCE that has COLOR 
  • BAKED GOODS that have SUGAR
FOOD to EAT:
  • Oatmeal 
  • Egg whites without the yolk
  • Bread
  • Pasta with white sauce 
  • Chicken no skin without seasoning
  • Soup (any clear soup or has milk)
  • Rice 
  • Fried fish
  • Chicken spread
  • Egg Spread no yolk
  • Cold Cuts (turkey, chicken ham) anything that has no color
  • White Cheese
  • Banana
  • Apple
  • Plain Yogurt
BEVERAGE to DRINK:
  1. WATER
  2. COCONUT WATER
  3. MILK
Basically, you're not really removing all food from you just the ones that will trigger your teeth during the process. Honestly being beautiful/handsome makes a person put an effort what cost we pay to make our teeth pearly white.

Yet, it trains us to look for other food that can train us to eat healthy. Manage us to control what can discolor our teeth once process is over.

Those who cannot resist eating food with color best to floss and brush your teeth after your meals.

For me I got paranoid always brushed my teeth every meal or any food that entered my mouth. I felt it would change the process of my whitening teeth.

Changes occur when our brain tells us by reminding us of, yet it became a good habit for me.

Yes, you can lose a lot of weight if you're not use to this type of food. Before you think of whitening your teeth do your own research see what will work for you.

For me I thought it was an easy go I never consider it will affect what food I eat every day.
