Carmina is traveling to the United States to spend time with her family. My dad planned a family gathering for Mother's Day at their favorite Pinoy restaurant . Since reservations aren’t possible, we arrived an hour early to ensure we could get a table for twelve before everyone else showed up. As my dad approached Isla Grand , the branch we visited in Pleasant Hills, California , the host at the door said they could prepare a table for twelve at five o'clock. Later, the server called my dad's name and guided us to our table. The place was bustling with people enjoying meals and celebrating Mother's Day. On our first visit to Isla Grand, I was captivated by the décor, noticing many native items that gave the place a fancy yet authentic Filipino feel. They usually have a live band, but unfortunately, there was no entertainment the night we went. Carmina gave equal share of her hand me down clothes US size 8. She had given Becky her jeans that no longer fit her. Becky also lost weight but has no funds to buy new set of clothing.
Everyone knows clothes coming from the US the fabric is different from local made in the Philippines.
Carmina had three pairs of shorts that was the same color beige US size 8. Carmina gave it to Mary Ann recently when I had my Brazilian Treatment.
Mary Ann calls it my uniform. 🤣
Mary Ann said she had washed it and was able to try it on and it had fit her.
Based on weight both Becky and Mary Ann have the same waistline in size not having a weighing scale.
Did you know you can determine your size not weighing on a scale?
Just trying on clothes that are zipper and button type of clothing.
Anyone can weight more than what they expect on different body type and still fit into the same size.
Carmina's size had downsized to US Woman 6. Having too many clothes that no longer fit you she gave it to Becky and Mary Ann to wear.
