Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. If you know me Carmina loves bread that has cinnamon on it and hearing a Kumori Japanese Bakery & Cafe has a new product.
It is a New Christmas Cinnamon Loaf filled a lot of cinnamon inside. After slicing it up there is a hollow form looking like a cave filled with cinnamon inside, yet it reminds me eating a French toast bread only difference not adding any maple syrup.
Love how it tastes very delicious, good having a meal with coffee, tea or milk if you choose to eat it for breakfast.
