Carmina wanted to eat fresh asparagus while she was in town visiting her family. We went to a Delta Farmer's Market and purchased fresh asparagus and some fruits to bring back home. Compared to the asparagus in the Philippines it is smaller in size good thing Carmina was able to find it at the Delta Farmer's Market. Charina's recipe is adding pan spray on a nonstick flat pan place in the oven for ten minutes and parmesan cheese by sprinkle on top until melted and it is ready to serve.
