Protect yourself and your loved ones - get vaccinated!

Carmina went to do her two weeks grocery on March 25, 2025, at Landers Balintawak branch. Upon entering the store near the pharmacy there was a sign posted saying to register for vaccines that will be held on April 12, 2025. Carmina called up Becky asking if she is interested remembered to look out for the flu shot. Becky said yes and asked her to give me full name, birthdate and phone number contact information. Carmina also called up Mom Violy said alright and still faraway to decide.  Carmina felt Mom Violy should get the flu shot since we'll be traveling to California upcoming vacation. Two years ago, when we went to California got sick and that time it was covid season. I just wanted to protect myself even though hardly get sick in the Philippines. Cravewell 100% Freeze Dried Yogurt Sphere Fruit Crunch

Just out of curiosity I decided to purchase Cravewell Yogurt Sphere Fruit Crunch. I've seen many videos floating at reels of freeze-dried fruits. I wanted to know what it would taste. I went to pick the following sold at  Fourtify Market  Online Shopee Philippines. The flavors I had picked are the following: Cravewell Raspberry Peach Yogurt Sphere for PHP 119.00 ($2.13). For me the Raspberry is really sour 😖and the Peach is powder texture in your mouth.  Cravewell Apple Strawberry Fruit Crunch for PHP 119.00 ($2.13). I liked the taste of the apple and strawberry. 😋 Cravewell Peach, Strawberry and Blueberry Yogurt Sphere for PHP 119.00 ($2.13) wasn't my best choice. Yet the family members liked it better where we all have different taste buds from everyone else. After slicing it up there is a hollow form looking like a cave filled with cinnamon inside, yet it reminds me eating a French toast bread only difference not adding any maple syrup. Oil Filter Mitsubishi MD069782

Those who are in need of an oil filter for their old vehicle may have a chance to purchase in the Philippines. My Uncle had informed me to look for a certain type of oil filter for his car by giving me a screenshot in Facebook Messenger. However, I couldn't identify it since the photo was blurry.
