Protect yourself and your loved ones - get vaccinated!

Carmina went to do her two weeks grocery on March 25, 2025, at Landers Balintawak branch. Upon entering the store near the pharmacy there was a sign posted saying to register for vaccines that will be held on April 12, 2025. Carmina called up Becky asking if she is interested remembered to look out for the flu shot. Becky said yes and asked her to give me full name, birthdate and phone number contact information. Carmina also called up Mom Violy said alright and still faraway to decide.  Carmina felt Mom Violy should get the flu shot since we'll be traveling to California upcoming vacation.   The Key to Success is Control We maintain our job position to succeed in our life to make sure we have an income. We make sure we participate with our co-workers to do your projects. You organize your time making sure you clock in on time. Wellness we make sure our bodies is well taken care of we eat healthy, sleep at least eight hours to let our heart rest assure we can perform on our daily routine. Carmina's Overall Experience with Whitening Food Diet

I n the beginning of the process, I've lost weight right away when removing coffee, tea and fruits juice. I wasn't much a person into soft drinks only drink it once in a while or alcohol beverages. It wasn't hard to remove it at all. I did have a hard time figuring what I would eat for breakfast if everything needed to be white. I had to explore and find out what really worked for me and having a challenge made my diet choices work differently. First two weeks I ate just Quaker Oats flavored Banana Honey Flavor since it was close to white that was my breakfast. I had alternated with plain yogurt or banana yogurt with fresh banana. Sometimes I would eat pandesal with Swiss cheese to alternative my breakfast just to make myself full. Jaworski toward Jogging/Walking Wellness

Jaworski starts his morning from waking up 6 o'clock in the morning to start his jogging or walking inside the subdivision living in Cabanatuan City, Philippines. He can do it 2-3 hours per day when he doesn't have a hangover from drinking with his friends. Edna Highly Recommend Three Restaurants in Quezon City, Philippines

Edna loves eating out when she has family and friends visiting aboard. Edna has three restaurants to share with us the first one is all time favorite at  Mary Grace Cafe for their seafood pasta. It may be expensive, yet it is so yummy that is where she usually eats with her son and friends. Those who love Thai food Edna highly recommends  Khao Khai "Thai Chicken House" .
