Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Carmina decided to order from Joe Mama's Coffee & Donuts located in Marikina. I just ordered through Grab Food from my phone.
Carmina had her eyes on the Strawberry 'N' Cream and Blueberries 'N' Cream. I had purchased 1 Box of Assorted with Plain their Classic without any filling and 1 Coffee Filling for PHP 420.00 ($7.64).
The disadvantages are that the filling only reaches 1/4 of the donut and remaining reaching the middle is the classic version. The donut is not sweet without any filling.
If they had filled up the Strawberry 'N' Cream and Blue Berries 'N' Cream I would have liked it.
Family member wanted to try their 22 oz. Iced Salted Caramel for PHP 190.00 ($3.45) and 16 oz. Iced Mocha for PHP 190.00 ($3.45) not including delivery and tip to the rider.
