Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Great Greens has a variety to pick from and my target came to anything that had Chicken and Parmesan Salad for PHP 238.00 ($4.33) not including delivery fee through Grab Food.
Chicken and Parmesan Salad includes the following ingredients grilled chicken tenders, romaine lettuce, red cabbage, tomato, onion and quinoa. I had requested not to add quinoa and have the dressing Garlic Aioli on the side.
I prefer adding Ranch Dressing on any salad because it is my favorite that I have store in my fridge at home.
Carmina has also tried Salmon Teriyaki Salad on the month of March 31, 2022.
