What age number are you?

People begin to think your about to turn one year older. They look back in what you've accomplished.

Friends of mine say age is just a number.

Any of us have a number where we fall into, yet we can hide our age by how well we take care of ourselves.

If I ask you to guess how old, I am would you believe my answer.

Many people think of me being eighteen years younger by my look with no hard work that defines someone's workload on the field of labor using their hands.

What is my secret?

No stress, eat healthy, exercise, joking around, no alcohol, no smoking, and get enough of eight hours of sleep or more.

Have a weekly massage if you cannot afford it, you can learn online. Let someone around you do on you and vice versa it is possible.

My family and friends have told me how lucky I am. No hardship financially and don't take out our stress by keeping it with us.

Helping others has been my part of having a big heart.

It doesn't mean I'll continue to help my friends all the time.

Sometimes our friends need to grow out away from their comfort zone. Figure out on their own how they can succeed and manage without help from others that involves money.

Money and friendship don't work when it is one sided.

However, if you work for it I can pay you for your services example cleaning someone's home.

A lot of us know there are people who don't like cleaning their homes. Or the age they are makes them too tired to it for health reasons.

We can help our friends by stuff they know how to do. Pay them how much we want to give based on our own judgement.

There are many ways to earn money if you're hard working.

Carmina's world is challenge us in what to move up to reach our goals.

Someone has told me I am not a talker I really do what I say and make sure it happens for real.

I've experience in my life people who have made promises. They have put me down. Lesson learns do not expect too much from others. Only believe it when you actually see it for yourself.

It is easy to say you'll do it. It is harder for others to do what they want out of their life.

There is a term used in Tagalog "Wish ko". People are dreaming of doing what they want out of themselves. It is fantasy land where life in general is not a place were handed to you everyone needs to work where they would like to be able to say they achieved their goals.

Good thing I don't think that way. I don't want my dreams to fall into something that is not a reality.

Five years from now I see myself independent willing to expand learn new things benefit of myself.

No matter what category you fall into if you've taken care of yourself no one will know what your real age.
