Becky was the first one to introduce me to Amber where she brought pork barbeque and pancit . It has been a long time eating there. Carmina was craving for pork barbeque. I had suggested to Becky to dine in person at Ambers after picking her up at her home. Upon entering there weren't that many people more on take outs we had looked over the menu since the print was too small to read decided to take a picture and zoom it on my phone. Becky and Carmina decided to share five pieces of pork barbecue. Becky ordered carbonara , and I chose one to serve of rice. You can choose where to sit when dining inside Amber. There is a restroom available, but it does not provide toilet paper, and it is a unisex facility. If you have leftovers can ask for assistant to have it wrapped up for you. The last time Mom Voily ate at Rustica Restaurant in Cabanatuan City was year 2020.
Many of us haven't travelled during the pandemic giving us opportunity to go back to the place we grew up.
I was able to see my cousin Jaworski. He was able to tour us around while notice there are new developments in the area.
Mom Violy's typical food she craves for are the following dishes.
Sinigang na Baka na may Litid 450.00 pesos ($8.33)
Satanghon Guisado 225.00 pesos ($4.17)
Pinakbet 250.00 pesos ($4.63)
Carmina had requested to try something new Fish Fillet Sweet and Sour for 350.00 pesos ($6.48).
The changes I've notice is the menu is different.
Everyone was too busy catching up. Carmina took pictures.
The Filipino dishes remain to taste the same. Being with family and friends made it even special.
