Carmina went to do her two weeks grocery on March 25, 2025, at Landers Balintawak branch. Upon entering the store near the pharmacy there was a sign posted saying to register for vaccines that will be held on April 12, 2025. Carmina called up Becky asking if she is interested remembered to look out for the flu shot. Becky said yes and asked her to give me full name, birthdate and phone number contact information. Carmina also called up Mom Violy said alright and still faraway to decide. Carmina felt Mom Violy should get the flu shot since we'll be traveling to California upcoming vacation. Two years ago, when we went to California got sick and that time it was covid season. I just wanted to protect myself even though hardly get sick in the Philippines. Mom Violy was telling Carmina she wanted a new phone and her contract from Globe will be renewed this year.
Mom Violy and Carmina went to Ali Mall to check on our status if we can get the new phone that was available.
Carmina suggested Mom Violy to pick a phone that she is familiar in using.
Currently Mom Violy has the Samsung Galaxy A 12 she only uses it for call and text not really for photo taking.
We had visited the Globe Store. Mom Violy is a senior citizen they have counters that services people giving them priority and getting a number from the security guard.
Mom Violy began asking what phones are available for the brand of Samsung. May who had assisted Mom Violy gave her a list of phones that are available.
Mom Violy's plan is 999 and decided upon cash out 2,400 for the unit of Samsung A14 5g.
Upon calling Mom Violy's number we found out we need to wait until March 12 to complete her full contract of 24 months or else you'll need to pay the balance.
The Globe representative said she can reserve the unit until we come back next week to renew the contract.
The available color is burgundy for the Samsung A14 5g.
Carmina will transfer all Mom Violy's contract to her new phone.
We are back to the beginning learning how to use our new phone.
While we're resting at the Mitsukoshi Mall in BGC Carmina decided to help Mom Violy with her new Samsung A14 5g phone.
The display on the main screen is color black. Mom Violy would like to change it.
Carmina had informed Mom Violy to go to Settings on her phone look for Themes.
Mom Violy doesn't want to pay for any Galaxy Themes where you can get free ones by typing at the search button on the right corner.
If you have any idea, you want example flowers, scenery and so on just type it out and it will appear on your screen.
Click Download and Apply it will automatically go to your main screen choose if you want the theme to appear on both Home Screen and Lock Screen.
If you a photo go to your Gallery, click the 3 dots and look for Set as Wallpaper same thing will ask for Home Screen and Lock Screen.
Mom Violy also couldn't figure out how to delete a conversation on her Facebook Messenger. All you need to do is click the person and click delete. The whole conversation will be deleted.
Mom Violy already knows what to do when Carmina is not around with her Samsung A14 5g android phone.
