Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Mom Violy ordered Large Serving Tendon Soup enough to take home the left overs.
Mom Violy also wanted her Fried Rice Paper Rolls.
Carmina wanted Mom Violy to try a new Viet Coco Coffee includes with ice-cream, coffee jelly and coffee inside. For me it was just right, but for Mom Violy it wasn't sweet enough. She had requested for sugar giving her syrup to add the sweetness.
Mom Violy and I are full being the first customer.
