Tip: How can someone retrieve back after being promoted being 6 days restricted?

A question came in one of my conversations when I was tagged in a promotion of Carmina Lifestyle.

The person said it has been two weeks until they saw my comment in their post.

My answer was that when someone like me who is active become often session expired. 

One week ago, I was six days session expired. I wasn't allowed to Like or Follow anyone. It was frustrating yet I had wait patiently.

How does someone come back to the feeds that overlap each time when receiving a notification?

My answer was that I would always make a comment that Thank you for being sharing! I am session expired. I'll come back when allowed. Letting the person who has promoted Carmina Lifestyle I will return back to them.

Whomever who is among the people also tagged to the promotion will react and make a comment the notification will come back to me. It would return and remind me I need to come back to that person.

I discovered something new my Followers can see my reply and when I am getting tagged by the person who has decided to add me to their promotion list.

Lately, I've seen my friends make a comment below my messages.

I asked Becky, if she see it in her notification. At first, she didn't know what I was talking about until I received notification that she had placed a heart on the person and made a comment.

It is normal Facebook we see our friends make comments in someone's post in their personal account among our family and friends. It is now the same in Facebook Page. 

Everyone can understand how Carmina has reached her goal each month achieved what I want for myself.

Anyone who is trying to add followers can do the same.
