Carmina's dad was craving for Vietnamese and wanted to bring his family have a meal. We are in the area of Brentwood, my dad remembered he used to dine in at CreAsian Wok 'n Roll . Upon entering there we're a lot of customers and the person asked how many we are seated at the table. The server handed us a menu asked us what we would like to drink. They brought out pitcher of iced water with glasses for us to pour our own water. My dad ordered a grilled lemongrass chicken combo with egg, shrimp, and an egg roll . Family member ordered basil leaf with chicken and garlic rice . Another family member had ordered a large Creation Special soup to share with everyone. Carmina wanted the banh mi sandwiches but unfortunately it wasn't available had to pick something else to eat. I decided to try the string beans with shrimp and included is the plain white rice. Carmina brought Mom Violy to Shin Mikana after shopping at Farmers Market located in Cubao, Quezon City.
Mom Violy wanted to try their Oyakodon and California Maki.
Mom Violy liked the Japanese food served at Shin Mikana. She has plans to come back and try their other dishes.
