Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Carmina was craving for a Mexican burrito. The only problem living in the area of Marikina not many Mexican restaurant that is being delivered through Food Grab.
I came across looking for an alternative by checking out Wendy's Philippines
I found out that they have a new item kind of close to what I can deal with similar to a burrito just a sandwich version.
New Tortilla Crunch Sandwich, which is actually a chicken sandwich with avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, signature spicy taco sauce. The tortilla chips that have lime flavoring was separated from not being added on to my Tortilla Crunch Sandwich sold for 218.90 pesos ($3.91) not including delivery fee and tip to the rider.
It was actually delicious my cravings were solved. I just gave my lime-flavored tortilla chips and coke to Manang V.
