Mom Violy Craving for Filipino Dishes from Seafood Island Restaurant

  Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Avocado and Egg Spread Recipe


Carmina had received some ripped avocado. Usually, I'd make some guacamole yet since I am preventing myself to add tortilla chips in my meal.

I realized often we see people post for their breakfast meal with sliced toast bread with sunny side up egg and slices of avocado.

I decided to make something almost close to it rather doing it the common way. I made an avocado and egg spread this way I can consume it slowly every time I wanted to eat with bread.

The only ingredients you need is half of an avocado that is ripped. Mashed it up with a fork.

Boil three eggs until cooked, peel it and smash it with a fork combine smashed avocado season based on your taste with salt and black pepper.

Those who want to add it by upgrading can add any cold cuts and other vegetables to make a complete sandwich.

 No need to add any mayonnaise since the avocado replaces the texture by combining all ingredients.
