Mom Violy and Carmina’s dining experience at Dean & DeLuca

  Mom Violy told me she wanted to order the Paella Negra from Dean & Deluca. Carmina suggested we dine in since we’d never really tried their main courses, always just getting takeout with the cream puffs . Mom Violy agreed, and we arrived about thirty minutes before the lunch rush began. The service was very slow, even though we had ordered ahead of time. They mistakenly brought out the Paella Valenciana , despite Mom Violy repeating the order three times to the person who took it. It turned out the cook on duty made the error, even though it was written down clearly. We know Paella Negra takes a long time to prepare, which is why Mom Violy had requested it to be cooked beforehand. She wanted it as her main meal, but because of the mix-up and feeling hungry, she took a piece of Carmina’s Turkey Club Sandwich and asked for the bacon on the side. Mary Ann Visiting La Mesa Eco Park after 10 Years

When most of your close friends are preoccupied with their life. There is always one friend who always stick around.

Who can relate to you by helping each other. A form of friendship leading us to explore outside places we've never experience.

Starting next week when the weather has no rain every once a week, we'll be going out to explore places within our area.

Some area has an entrance fee for those experience not having cash flow can still go outside and see nature.

Mary Ann had informed Carmina it has been ten years since she had last visited La Mesa Eco Park. Carmina has never been there. It would be nice to have someone tour you around.

La Mesa Eco Park is located inside a residential area up in the hills.

Best to bring an identification showing you live in area of Quezon City to get a discount. The person will ask you what your address is upon paying at the cashier. 

The cashier will give you a yellow ticket to redeem at the next person before entering the main La Mesa Eco Park.

The cashier will stamp your arm. 

There is also parking area no need to worry if you decide to drive.

Best to wear sneakers, comfortable clothing and bring water with you since you'll be doing a lot of walking.

The first area we saw there was a swimming pool, yet it was still close. There is also an area for the children to do Go Karts.


Walking straight ahead will come across picnic grounds with tables, barbeque area and playground for the kids.

Each area has different places where a family member can have a gather either a family outing or gathering under which has a cover.

Mary Ann had informed Carmina the celebrities would hold up a party back in the days.

Mary Ann was going on memory lane explaining every incident that happened to her when she uses to visit La Mesa Eco Park with her daughter.

Anyone who loves taking photos there are a lot of places to do it just being surrounded with nature.










Those who love nature, flower and trees can also take a picture of the surrounding.







La Mesa Eco Park is open Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 12nn and the weekend 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
