After a long day of errands in Fremont, Carmina's dad found himself yearning for the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, igniting a culinary adventure that would tantalize his taste buds.

After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to  Pho Lan Noodles House  for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . Becky's Favorite Baked Goods at 3N Bakery Bicol's Toasted Siopao

Becky has been telling Carmina about a place where she always purchases her bread. Becky has informed Carmina it is just a simple bake shop not something fancy. Their bread is really good. One day I will take you there.

The day Carmina saw Becky and Ate Cynthia is when I had reminded her about the bakery. Ate Cynthia said they are also known for Bicol's Toasted Siopao, and you may want to also try it.

Ate Cynthia gave instructions where to find 3N Bakery Bicol's Best Toasted Siopao.

Becky has the sweet tooth and has mention they also carry a caramel bar. Becky asked, Carmina how many do you want. I just said one piece because I know I don't like sweets.

It is true it is very sweet. I figured at least I was able to try the caramel bar that Becky has always told me about.

Becky asked, what else I wanted. I asked what the bread are you can recommend me to try. I kept pointing at the window asking what they were.

Simple Becky just informed me what she usually buys is the monay, pandesal, caramel bar and toasted siopao.

Too bad there was no more pandesal in stock it was all sold out.

I can understand why Becky loves eating the monay because it is very soft even if you eat it the next day. I can say it taste good even if you eat it by itself. There is a buttery flavor in the monay.

Yes, the toasted siopao does taste good.

It is great to have friends who love to eat because they can always recommend food that you may want to try.
