Carmina was craving shrimp ala king, but instead of buying it at a restaurant, decided to make her own at home since she already had some ingredients. I normally make bacon carbonara decided to change the recipe around since my main ingredient is shrimp. Shrimp Ali King Recipe Ingredient: 1/2 Kilo - Fresh Shrimp (peel shrimp, remove intestine and head) 1 - Nestle Cream 2 - Tbsp Butter 2 - Tbsp Minced Garlic 1 - Cup Canned Corn (drain liquid) 1 - Knorr Shrimp Cube Black Pepper Salt Garlic Powder MSG (optional) Spaghetti noodles Parsley Flakes (optional) Marinate the Shrimp by season it with black pepper, salt, garlic powder and msg set aside. Cooking instructions: Follow the instructions on the spaghetti package to cook the amount you plan to eat. Sauce Cooking instructions: In a pot, melt the butter over low heat, then add the shrimp. Once the shrimp turn pink, add the corn and garlic, and sauté. Pour in the Nestle cream and mix until it begins to simmer, then add the shrimp cube ...
Ever have people you've met in the past and never saw them for a long time.
Becky has been trying to put Carmina to meet her older sister Cynthia for a long time. We just don't have the right time.
The last time I met Ate Cynthia was year 1994 when I was living in the Philippines. I met Becky with our common friends.
Becky had invited me over to her home where she grew up with her siblings. During that time, I hardly spoke Tagalog since I grew up in California.
I only understood Tagalog since my parents spoke to me when I was young. I spoke back in English.
It was great seeing Ate Cynthia for just the day. We found out that we had a lot of things in common when it comes to food.
The reason why I call her Ate is because she is older than me for sign of respect.
After spending time, I found Ate Cynthia love taking pictures of the scenery and videos.
Ate Cynthia is very reserved, simple and outspoken person easy to talk too.
Who knows it is just our first meeting and one day we plan to explore outside to places I've mentioned to her,
Those who haven't seen any of your friends it is best to make time.
Carmina is sharing photos we took together. Carnina always asked Ate Cynthia why she is wearing a face mask when taking our pictures. She would just laugh and remove it.
