Embark on a culinary journey with family at Gloria Maris. From delectable dim sum to sumptuous seafood, experience the taste of togetherness.

Carmina has family visiting the Philippines and the first thing we would always ask where you would like to eat. Since we are ten decided to have lunch at  Gloria Maris  located at Greenhill's Shopping Center. The place was busy for the dine in but if you enter inside where they serve dim sum there will be vacant seats available which they serve the same food. We started off eating hakaw, siomai, tofu silk rolls and xiao long bao. We also had some shrimp wonton noodle soup for sharing requesting to have some bowls for everyone who wanted to have a serving. Main course meal started off with garlic chicken, polochan with garlic, salt and pepper prawns and shrimp fried rice. Family picture with everyone there are two who doesn't want to be discovered. We had a lot of leftovers packed up for us to eat for our dinner being full no more room for dessert. NOT SPONSORED. Carmina's New Version Bacon Carbonara Recipe

Someone once informed me that they don't add any cream or milk in their bacon carbonara. I decided to try what I had in my kitchen.

Carmina's New Version Bacon Carbonara Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cooked Bacon (chopped up)
  • Any type of pasta noodles (drained and cooked)
  • Any cheese (shredded)
  • Any brand (butter)
  • 4 Pieces of Eggs (scrambled)
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Cook the pasta noodles while it was in boiling water being cooked. I went ahead and started scrambling four pieces of eggs in a bowl using a fork.

I had sprinkled some black pepper and salt to the eggs.

The pasta noodles were already drained and cooked place it in a container began transferring the eggs, butter and shredded cheese together.

I add the chopped-up bacon mixing it together.

It was very easy to those who didn't have that many ingredients in their home.
