Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Upon entering Din Tai Fung you'll need to go to the booth they'll ask how many is with you giving you a number, menu, order and pencil form explaining how to do it. Din Tai Fung accept walk in first come serve. Meantime when table is not yet prepared for you can seat at the waiting seats filling up the order form and checking the menu what you would like to order. Table is ready for you a staff will approach you letting you pick where you would like to be seated. Common dim sum places are the same process just need to make sure how many serving you would like per quantity.
