Mom Violy's Birthday Lunch at Mamou, Gateway 2

Carmina asked Mom Violy what kind of food she would like to eat for her upcoming birthday. Mom Violy said she was craving for a restaurant that serves steak and lobster. Carmina gave Mom Violy a list of restaurants for her to decide with a link of the websites for her to see which one look something she would like to try. One week before Mom Violy's birthday she made her final choice where she would like to try  Mamou . Potato with Bacon Salad Recipe

The last time I made  Potato Salad  on April 1st, 2023, posting in Carmina Lifestyle. Tito Boni made a comment wanting a sample. I decided to give the potato salad to Tito Boni for his belated birthday gift. The only difference I had no leftover chicken available. I ended up thinking of something else that I can use to make the potato salad. I remembered I can make a bake potato salad version only difference the potatoes will be boiled not baked. I don't have an oven in the house. Rather using sour cream, I had used mayonnaise and chives was my red onions.  There is a possibility you can revise any way to taste the way it would be. I am sharing you my Potato with Bacon Salad Recipe with you.
