Just when you're on your last day spending with your family there is an invite to have dinner. My family wanted us to have a meal at an American restaurant. It was my first time to dine and have a meal at Lazy Dog Restaurant in Concord, California. My brother in-law had made a reservation at six o'clock party of seven. We had received complimentary barbeque chips and a dip while waiting for the remaining family to arrive. For our appetizer was the Bacon Candy. Reading the menu to decided what to order came across $15.00 Fireside Favorites that includes with a main course meal and dessert from smores brownie or banana pudding. Carmina went to Soul Potato's Cocina Mexicana Mexican Street Food and was told the first time to come back because they we're on lunch break. Second time around Carmina wanted to order the nachos but it wasn't available. I decided to order other off their menu. A number will be given to you can either wait for the food or shop around inside the Food Court since you have 15 minutes to wait for your order. I wanted to see if it was the same from Mexican food eaten from my hometown in California. I also have friends who are Mexican who cook it authentic. Honestly speaking the chicken enchilada didn't have any sauce normally when you do eat chicken enchilada a fall out otherwise it is good has a lot of cheese and chicken inside.
