Someone requested for you to cook soy chicken while looking in your home to see what ingredients to prepare the dish.
I decided to marinate the chicken overnight by adding all the ingredients together. All you have to do is add the following:
- 1 Tbsp. - Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. - Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup - Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. - Garlic Powder
- 1 - Bay Leaf
- 1/4 Cup - Water
- 1/2 Kilo Boneless Chicken Thigh Fillet
I place it in a plastic container with a lid putting in the refrigerator.
The following day I had fried it up on a frying pan with small amount of cooking oil.
It is easy to prepare and have rice ready to eat with your meal.
