Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Carmina decided to try something different with her leftover grilled chicken. Those who love to eat grilled cheese you can add another ingredient to your sandwich.
It is a very easy meal to prepare.
Grilled Cheese with Grilled Chicken Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
- Leftover grilled chicken (shredded)
- Butter (any brand)
- Cheddar Cheese (sliced)
- Sliced Bread (any brand)
Preparing:
- On a plate on a slice of bread spread butter than add the grilled chicken overlap the sliced cheddar cheese put a slice of bread on top.
- Do the same on how many sandwiches you plan to eat.
Cooking:
- On a non-stick frying pan add small amount of butter let it melt add one sandwich at a time flip both sides having it completed toasted.
- Do the same on each sandwich.
- Place on a serving plate and slice in the middle.
