Ever experience having hives or rashes on your skin well not a good way. It can be very itchy occur most of the time before you've taken a shower.
I have a difficult time sleeping due the feeling you want to scratch it off. Although I notice the rash begins to spread.
For me it is only temporary imagine the people who deal with it all most their whole life.
In the beginning I didn't consult anyone about it started off using hydrocortisone cream thinking it would go away.
Mom Violy kept saying it is only a bug bite.
Mom Violy suggested to use a blow dry when it begins to get itchy something she does to herself.
I tried it didn't quite work for me and didn't feel like putting heat on my skin.
I started taking allergy medicine it would go away but comes back the itchy feeling on your arm and legs.
I started feeling uneasy. I had message my cousin Mariles who is a dermatologist and sent a picture how it looks. I explained that I had a bug bite and when I would scratch it had spread.
Mariles had given me a prescription on Foskina cream and to take twice a day Bilastine which is an antihistamine.
Mariles had informed me it would take roughly one week to go away.
I felt it was a good thing got some resources when you need to consult someone.
I also did my own research began taking cold showers. I had notice when I would place an ice pack the itchy feeling goes away.
I guess other people's body is all different.
I wonder if any connection is what food I am eating. I went ahead and stay away from food that was too salty.
On my last Bilastine I had consulted Mariles and inform if I can get a higher dose.
Mariles questioned me asking what type of soap, lotion and food I have been consuming during my seven days.
The soap I was using was Dr. Kaufmann and Cetaphil.
Mariles said, Dr. Kaufmann makes your skin dry. She had advised me to use Dove sensitive soap and continue my Cetaphil soap.
The lotion I have been using since I get bitten by mosquito is the citronella with aloe vera and vitamin e.
Just by my hunch I was right it is the food. Oh my! I've been eating the wrong food.
Everyone learn on their own experiences we are not professionals when it comes to stuff, we have no clue.
I was told to stay away from inflammatory foods.
I was told it will take two weeks for everything to go away.
My Meals No Meat or Anything Fried
Staying at home wasn't that bad to find food to make and prepare for yourself.
My breakfast was coffee with marine collagen, yogurt and a banana. Other days when I felt hungry, I would toast wheat bread and spread some cream cheese.
Lunch & Dinner:
I would make a garden salad add any ingredients I had in my kitchen.
Snack:
Grapes and found out I don't get allergies when I eat dark chocolate.
Beverages:
Water or Ginger Tea
Midnight Snack
Yogurt
The meals I am eating it is easy to burn off making sure I have something to eat.
The struggle is when you go outside your home. Just like when I went out the whole day with Mom Violy and my family who are in town.
I didn't want to make it hard on everyone food I am not allowed to eat. Restaurants they had suggested I had to look ahead of time to see if I can eat anything.
Mom Violy is not the type who eats real healthy food because she said, my food was bland. I am used to it since I have eaten healthy food in the past.
It is not hard for me.
I feel it is only temporary yet who knows it may develop to go toward this direction eating healthy food.
Some people asked if I was a vegetarian.
Overall, the medication that had worked for me was taking the Levocetirizine every night before going to bed. I would take it after taking my cold shower using Dove sensitive soap. I would apply Cerandan Hydra Moisturiser that had worked for me.
If my skin feels dry or itchy I would apply it right away.
I have a feeling since I am eating the proper food the rashes don't seem to feel irate as well.
