Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Mom Violy Recommend Staying at Dao Diamond Hotel and Restaurant

Mom Violy asked Carmina to search what is the best hotel to stay in Bohol, Philippines.

Carmina sent links to Mom Violy hotels she can picked out what she would like to stay.

Mom Violy called up Dao Diamond Hotel and Restaurant to book a room for May 7 - 9 along with Tita Edna and me.

We'll be sharing a room together it lessens the expenses and bonding with each other.

Tita Edna will be paying extra for her bed. 

Check in is at 2:00 PM since our arrival time is 3:00 PM. Mom Violy has notified the Dao Diamond Hotel.

The person Mom Violy spoke too has informed her that our room is located on the first floor. 

Actually, it is a great thing this way easier for the seniors to find their room. Less walking for them as well we know they get tired easily. 

Our flight had arrived late at night Mom Violy had informed Dao Diamond Hotel.

Upon entering Mom Violy had given her senior card and escorted us to our room giving us a room key. Someone had assisted us carrying our luggage's to the room.

Mom Violy asked help how to operate the television due she wanted to watch her Filipino shows.

All the staff are very helpful only thing you need to do make sure you have paper and pen write down what you need help with each employee are deaf.

They are nice and friendly some of what doing on the job training working at Dao Diamond Hotel and Restaurant.

There are some staff you can talk with them who was able to assist Mom Violy.

Dao Diamond is a place we can highly recommend you stay those who don't want to stay in the area of the beach.

Tita Edna went to check out the swimming pool to those who would like to swim.



The neighborhood is quiet and there are a lot of places in the surrounding having access to buy what you need.
