Carmina has family visiting the Philippines and the first thing we would always ask where you would like to eat. Since we are ten decided to have lunch at Gloria Maris located at Greenhill's Shopping Center. The place was busy for the dine in but if you enter inside where they serve dim sum there will be vacant seats available which they serve the same food. We started off eating hakaw, siomai, tofu silk rolls and xiao long bao. We also had some shrimp wonton noodle soup for sharing requesting to have some bowls for everyone who wanted to have a serving. Main course meal started off with garlic chicken, polochan with garlic, salt and pepper prawns and shrimp fried rice. Family picture with everyone there are two who doesn't want to be discovered. Mom Violy gave Carmina some spareribs.
Carmina went to the grocery store and purchased paprika, cumin and onion powder the ingredients I don't have off hand.
Carmina defrosted the spareribs and sliced it up.
Easy Air Fryer Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp. - Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. - Paprika Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. - Onion Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. - Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. - Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. - Black Pepper
- Spareribs (slice per bone)
- Olive Oil
- BBQ Sauce
Preparing:
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl add to the spareribs.
- Let it marinate over night in the refrigerator.
Air Fryer:
- Add olive oil front and back of the spareribs before placing inside the air fryer.
- Cook for 15 minutes depending on the ratio of your air fryer make sure you flip it in between the time frame.
- Transfer to serving plate
Some people like having it with barbeque sauce or hot sauce depending how you like your spareribs.
