The same process is the same to increase your followers.
Engagement has always been the number one to do.
Watching a video who you don't know is a start of meeting people by making a comment.
Follow the person through their videos is a way to find out what kind of contents they make.
The advantages the people who are currently follow the person will also read what you have comment on. It is either they will like the comment look into to see who you are and follow you.

After uploading a video and when there are people who have watched and reacted to your videos there will be a notification saying if you would like to promote your video.
Click how you would like to pay the amount shown since there was a promotional offer available there was a discounted price of 190.00 pesos ($3.38).

After I had promoted my video just out of curiosity to see how far it would reach the majority followers don't really watch your other videos.
