It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Carmina had a family member who was the one who introduced Sugi Japanese Restaurant to her five years ago. We used to dine there every time there was a special occasion. Upon entering on the left side there will be someone to assist you asking how many you are, so they have found a table for you. I suggest if you are a lot, you can call ahead and make a reservation. After entering five years later you notice the decoration and the menu has upgraded. Looking at the menu got me so confused good thing the server was able to explain it to us. Mom Violy's common Japanese food is always the chicken teriyaki bento box. The person helping us said they have items off the menu. Mom Violy was able to get her favorite chicken teriyaki bento box includes with Japanese rice and miso soup. Mom Violy also wanted some sushi, yet she cannot remember what she had ordered. Elle and her friend Esa shared mixed vegetable tempura and sushi that had eel. I am not sure what the name of sushi is....
