Carmina asked Mom Violy what kind of food she would like to eat for her upcoming birthday. Mom Violy said she was craving for a restaurant that serves steak and lobster. Carmina gave Mom Violy a list of restaurants for her to decide with a link of the websites for her to see which one look something she would like to try. One week before Mom Violy's birthday she made her final choice where she would like to try Mamou . Upon entering the person asked if we had any reservations however, they do except walk as well was seated at the table of our choice. The person had handed us the menu. I remember when growing up in California. Mom Violy uses to make an easy meal just adding cream of mushroom soup with chicken. I decided to try a different brand of cream of mushroom soup since I am in the Philippines. Imported soup are too expensive and some of us cannot afford it. I had seasoned the chicken thigh with black pepper and salt for one hour in the refrigerator. Easy Cream of Mushroom with Chicken Recipe Ingredients: 1 - Pack of Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup Chicken Thigh (season with black pepper and salt) 1 Tbsp. - Butter (any brand) 2 1/2 Cup Water Cooking: Follow the instructions on the Knorr Cream of Mushroom it says dilute the soup base in the water. Put in a small cooking pot to dilute the Knorr Cream of mushroom with water. Add chicken once the soup began to boil add the butter let it simmer until chicken is cooked.
