Mom Violy Craving for Filipino Dishes from Seafood Island Restaurant

  Mom Violy wanted to eat crispy pata and pinakbet from Seafood Island Restaurant located in Cubao, Quezon City near the old Shopwise. We had arrived early being the first customers waiting for the restaurant to open. Few minutes later customers began entering the restaurant and we have already placed our order. Mom Violy ordered her crispy pata and pinakbet. Carmina ordered garlic butter shrimp since I don't eat crispy pata. Family member ordered calamari and shrimp fried rice. Easy Air Fryer Spareribs Recipe

Mom Violy gave Carmina some spareribs. Carmina went to the grocery store and purchased paprika, cumin and onion powder the ingredients I don't have off hand. Carmina defrosted the spareribs and sliced it up. Easy Air Fryer Spareribs Recipe Ingredients: 1 Tbsp. - Brown Sugar 1/2 Tsp. - Paprika Powder 1/2 Tsp. - Onion Powder 1/2 Tsp. - Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp. - Salt 1/2 Tsp. - Black Pepper Spareribs (slice per bone) Olive Oil BBQ Sauce Preparing: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl add to the spareribs. Let it marinate over night in the refrigerator. Air Fryer: Add olive oil front and back of the spareribs before placing inside the air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes depending on the ratio of your air fryer make sure you flip it in between the time frame. Transfer to serving plate Some people like having it with barbeque sauce or hot sauce depending how you like your spareribs. NOT SPONSORED.
