Preparing: I did the reverse by marinating the boneless chicken thighs by slicing them first into strips adding the hot water to half cup along with taco seasoning. I find it easier to use hot water rather cold to let the seasoning dilute faster. I placed the boneless chicken thighs with the mixture of taco seasoning inside the refrigerator for one hour.
