Preparing: I did the reverse by marinating the boneless chicken thighs by slicing them first into strips adding the hot water to half cup along with taco seasoning. I find it easier to use hot water rather cold to let the seasoning dilute faster. I placed the boneless chicken thighs with the mixture of taco seasoning inside the refrigerator for one hour. Let it soak before pan frying the boneless chicken thigh. Cooking: Start heating cooking oil on the frying pan until hot add some chicken strips making sure there is enough space.
