Carmina's dad was craving for Vietnamese and wanted to bring his family have a meal. We are in the area of Brentwood, my dad remembered he used to dine in at CreAsian Wok 'n Roll . Upon entering there we're a lot of customers and the person asked how many we are seated at the table. The server handed us a menu asked us what we would like to drink. They brought out pitcher of iced water with glasses for us to pour our own water. My dad ordered a grilled lemongrass chicken combo with egg, shrimp, and an egg roll . Family member ordered basil leaf with chicken and garlic rice . Another family member had ordered a large Creation Special soup to share with everyone. Carmina saw a video before entering and notice something new apple cinnamon didn't quite see what it was.
Carmina asked the person at the counter if they have the apple cinnamon available not seeing it at the glass counter with all the baked goods.
The person had informed me they only serve it when you dine in due to the temperature and changes of the apple cinnamon ensaymada.
Mom Violy said can eat it since you're hungry being merienda time.
The person started preparing my order arriving at the table.
The apple cinnamon reminds me eating an apple pie only difference it is served on a ensaymada.
It was very yummy and warmed up.
